Webb: Music

August 16th, 2009. Recording begins for a new WEBB song "Shoot to Score". This video is of take 2 of the drum part for "Shoot to Score". Jeremy plays the song with his only reference being a few scribbled notes and a click in his headphones so he can sync his playing to the recording software (necessary so the engineer can mix the song). You can feel the excitement and tension of what's about to happen before Jeremy starts playing in this rare and candid look at what it's really like in a recording studio. Look for the details as the song progresses. The recording engineer getting me some headphones. At about the 1:21 mark Jeremy scratches the side of his nose, a flash as I take a picture with Jeremy's camera for his archives.
